THE IMPACT OF CONFINDUSTRIA DISPOSITIVI MEDICI
Confindustria Dispositivi Medici is the Confindustria Federation that represents and promotes companies operating in Italy in the medical devices sector, including SMEs, multinationals, and start-ups. The sector counts over 4,600 companies with 130,000 employees and a market generating 19 billion euros: a strategic segment for the national healthcare system and for industrial innovation. In 2025, the Federation published its first Impact Report, covering the previous financial year, also including the reporting of its services company, which became a Benefit Corporation at the end of 2023.
The project, developed across multiple tools, was created to give evidence to the commitments and results of the Association and the company in terms of sustainability, responsibility, and common benefit. Amapola curated the graphic and communication design of the Report, activating an ecosystem of communication solutions to best showcase the commitment of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici. The work was carried out in close collaboration with the Federation’s ESG and communication teams, in a shared process that made it possible to combine strategic vision with quality storytelling.
THE AMAPOLA PROJECT
We created the full Report (which brings together both entities in a single document), an extract dedicated exclusively to the services company, a concise presentation designed for events and institutional contexts, and a video infographic that makes the Report’s content more accessible to a wide audience.
The result is a coherent and engaging visual narrative, developed across multiple tools, capable of conveying the client’s identity and facilitating dialogue with all stakeholders. The reporting thus becomes a true communication ecosystem, a concrete and accessible relationship tool.
