Randstad Italy’s 2025 Integrated Report
Founded in 1960, Randstad is a leading talent company specialising in human resources services. In 2025, Randstad Italy published its new Integrated Report, a key tool for communicating its environmental, social and governance performance, projects and goals with transparency.
The report explores the company’s role in a labour market undergoing profound change, shaped by talent shortages, evolving skills needs and the growing demand for more inclusive, sustainable and innovation-driven models of work.
Amapola has been supporting the Randstad Group in Italy on this journey for nine years, helping to develop a report that communicates with stakeholders in a clear, consistent and effective way.
The Amapola project
The Amapola team supported Randstad Italy in producing its 2025 Integrated Report, working on content writing, content organisation, graphic design and layout, in line with the Group’s guidelines.
The result is a report designed to be accessible and transparent, enriched with tables, infographics and thematic features that make data easier to navigate and highlight the company’s key achievements.
The editorial concept brings together Randstad Italy’s identity, values and commitment to skills development, employability, inclusion, people development and reducing its environmental impact.
It is an example of how reporting can evolve from a disclosure tool into a strategic platform for communication, engagement and dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Integrated Report is a key tool for us to communicate our ESG achievements, the value we generate and the impact of our role in the labour market. Clear and accessible information is essential to telling this story effectively. Once again this year, our collaboration with Amapola proved invaluable: the support we received with both the content and the report’s graphic design enabled us to create an impactful document that communicates transparently and effectively with all our stakeholders.
