Gruppo AMAG in 2024
In 2024, Gruppo AMAG strengthened its role as a publicly owned multiutility deeply rooted in its territory, capable of generating economic, social, environmental and cultural value. The Sustainability Report provides a comprehensive summary of this commitment, presenting initiatives, results and strategic direction. Amapola supported the Group throughout every phase of the project.
Amapola’s contribution
The work began with the definition and validation of the Report structure, followed by first-hand insights collected through interviews with top management, which also helped refine the Group’s sustainability goals. Amapola oversaw data gathering and the selection of relevant information in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders and supported the company throughout the assurance process.
Amapola drafted the textual content and managed the final editing, while also coordinating the graphic development and supervising the visual direction. Our support extended to the distribution tools (a summary booklet and a mailer designed for users) and to the creation of the Smart Report, the digital and interactive version produced in collaboration with partner BEWE, designed to make data highly accessible and easy to navigate for a broad and diverse audience.
The entire project reinforced the Group’s connection with its territory and prioritised clarity and usability of information, with the aim of fostering transparent and meaningful dialogue with all stakeholders.
