CSI Piemonte’s 2025 Social and Sustainability Report
CSI Piemonte is one of Italy’s leading public IT companies and acts as a technology partner for public administration. Its 2025 Social and Sustainability Report describes the Consortium’s role in the digital transformation of the public sector, connecting innovation, responsibility, ESG impacts and the value generated for public bodies, citizens and local communities.
For the second year, Amapola supported CSI in its reporting process, helping the project team build a document that clearly presents activities, results, commitments and future sustainability perspectives.
The Amapola project
Amapola supported the Consortium across the different stages of the reporting project, providing integrated support on methodology, content development and graphic-editorial delivery.
The work included the collection, organisation and analysis of ESG data, with the aim of strengthening the internal consistency of the document and giving visibility to the Consortium’s main areas of impact: environment, people, skills, governance, cybersecurity, data protection and the contribution of public digital services to the sustainability of public administration.
Amapola also handled the drafting of the texts, adopting a clear and accessible language that preserves the rigour of reporting while making the document easier to read for different audiences.
Evolving reporting and European standards
A central part of the project focused on the evolution of the reporting framework.
The 2025 Report included a gradual alignment with European guidelines, with reference to VSME, the voluntary sustainability standards for SMEs. The process also strengthened the engagement of external stakeholders and updated the impact materiality analysis through a dedicated workshop with representatives from internal departments.
These elements helped consolidate the Consortium’s reporting model, making it more structured and consistent with an evolving regulatory and strategic context.
Accessibility, structure and graphic design
Amapola’s support also included the graphic design and layout of the document.
The Report was developed as a digital PDF, designed to make consultation simpler and more immediate. The structure of the document, the layout choices and the organisation of the content were designed to make ESG data, information and insights more accessible.
