Randstad Group in Italy publishes its 2025 Integrated Report: people, skills and innovation shaping the future of work

Report Integrato 2025 Gruppo Randstad in Italia

In an increasingly complex labour market, the company reports on its performance, projects and commitments to promoting employability, inclusion and skills development. Amapola supported the internal team in producing the report.

The labour market is evolving at an ever-faster pace. Against this backdrop, Randstad Group in Italy has published its 2025 Integrated Report, setting out how the company is contributing to a more sustainable world of work and creating long-term value for people, businesses, communities and local areas.

Once again this year, we worked alongside Randstad Group in Italy on the report, supporting the internal team with content writing, content structure, creative and graphic design, and layout.

Randstad Group in Italy: work as a driver of growth and inclusion

Randstad is a leading talent company specialising in human resources services. In Italy, it continues to play a key role in connecting employers and talent, supporting both businesses and people as they navigate a labour market undergoing profound change.

In 2025, the company reported revenue of more than €2.241 billion, broadly in line with previous years, while continuing to invest in its own people through more than 91,600 hours of training.

Almost 190,000 temporary employment contracts were signed over the year, while workers employed under temporary staffing arrangements received more than 325,000 hours of training.

Alongside its economic and operational performance, Randstad continues to play an important cultural role: helping people understand the changes reshaping the labour market, keep their skills up to date and approach the future of work with greater awareness and confidence.

Creating value for people, communities and younger generations

The 2025 Integrated Report also highlights initiatives designed to support local communities and younger generations.

Projects such as Randstad Box and GearBox, focused on training and career guidance for young people, reflect the company’s commitment to creating shared value and expanding access to employment and development opportunities, including in areas where those opportunities may be more limited.

Internally, Randstad continues to promote a workplace built on fairness, respect and inclusion, where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

The company is also continuing its journey to reduce its environmental impact and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

Amapola’s support

For the 2025 Integrated Report, we supported Randstad Group in Italy in developing a document that is clear, accessible and consistent with the reporting journey built over the years.

Our work covered content writing and editing, content organisation, graphic design and layout, with the aim of bringing data, results and projects to life through a clear and well-structured narrative.

The visual concept builds on the company’s distinctive brand identity. Tables, infographics and thematic features guide readers through the report and make complex information easier to understand.

The result is a reporting and communication tool that goes beyond measuring performance. It strengthens dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders and tells the story of a commitment that has developed and evolved over time.
