The report

Gruppo Autosped G is a long-established Italian business group operating across transport and logistics, industrial vehicle manufacturing, food canning and major sporting events. In 2025, the Group operated a fleet of approximately 5,000 vehicles, employed 2,635 people and generated revenues of €829 million.

Once again entitled Responsibility in Motion, the 2025 Sustainability Report reflects a year marked by continuity, consolidation and accountability. It shows how sustainability is becoming increasingly embedded in the Group’s strategy and in its industrial, operational and organisational decision-making.

Prepared in accordance with the 2021 GRI Standards and subject to limited assurance, the report builds on the work carried out in previous years. The 2025 edition includes an updated double materiality assessment, supported by a more structured stakeholder engagement process, as well as a more refined calculation of indirect Scope 3 emissions, developed in partnership with 3i efficientamento energetico.

The report also places particular emphasis on fleet efficiency, reduced energy and fuel consumption, the use of alternative fuels such as HVO, and the importance of health and safety, employee welfare and inclusion.

Amapola’s role

For the fifth consecutive year, Amapola supported Gruppo Autosped G in developing its Sustainability Report, managing every stage of the process: from data collection and the update of the double materiality assessment to the design of the report structure, content development, coordination of the graphic layout and support throughout the assurance process.

This work helped consolidate the reporting framework developed in previous editions while strengthening several key areas, including Scope 3 emissions measurement, stakeholder engagement and the Group’s gradual alignment with CSRD requirements.

The result is a robust, consistent and accessible report designed not only to disclose the Group’s performance, but also to help shape future priorities and support dialogue with customers, employees, suppliers, communities and local stakeholders.

As the Group evolves, the report continues to evolve with it, confirming its role as a valuable tool for transparency, governance and the integration of sustainability into business strategy.
