Gruppo Dimensione Ambiente and the first Sustainability Report
In 2024, Gruppo Dimensione Ambiente confirms its path of responsibility, transparency and dialogue with stakeholders by publishing its first Sustainability Report, officially presented during Ecomondo 2024, the European reference event for ecological transition. To communicate clearly and accessibly its commitment to sustainable management, the Group chose Amapola’s consultancy.
The Report highlights the main results of 2023. Among these are over 1.1 million tons of waste managed, optimized energy consumption that allowed reducing CO2 emissions to 349 tons and achieving the “zero accidents” goal among employees in the two years analyzed. Attention to safety and personnel training was strengthened, with a 10% increase in training hours compared to the previous year, while cultural and sports projects for local communities consolidated the Group’s bond with the territories where it operates.
Amapola’s project
Amapola supported the company in all reporting phases, from data collection and analysis to document drafting, up to graphic-creative project and presentation event at Ecomondo. Drafted according to the most recent GRI standards, the Report tells in a linear and comprehensible way the environmental and social impacts and results achieved. Through the use of intuitive layout, tables and infographics, the document guides readers in understanding the projects and actions undertaken by the Group.
With the Report publication, Dimensione Ambiente commits to a continuous reporting path, oriented to sustainable growth and constant dialogue with its stakeholders.
