Amapola supports Uretek in developing its 2025 Sustainability Report

Bilancio di sostenibilità URETEK 2025

An integrated project combining editorial expertise, design and communication to turn sustainability reporting into a tool for stakeholder engagement.

Go to the project

Amapola partnered with Uretek to develop and communicate its 2025 Sustainability Report, bringing together editorial content, graphic design and communication materials to strengthen stakeholder relationships and extend the report’s reach.

The shared objective was clear: to make the report more than a disclosure document, turning it into a compelling narrative that reflects the Group’s identity, highlights its environmental and social commitments, and makes complex information clearer, more engaging and easier to understand.

About Uretek

Uretek is a group specialising in integrated geotechnical solutions, using innovative, patented resin injection technologies. For over 35 years, the Group has delivered fast, minimally invasive solutions to stabilise ground and infrastructure, consolidate soils, restore masonry structures, fill underground voids, lift floors and buildings, anchor retaining walls and prevent water infiltration.

The 2025 Sustainability Report builds on this industrial expertise, highlighting key priorities such as workplace safety, innovation, climate adaptation, reducing environmental impacts and investing in skills and expertise.

A sustainability report designed for a wider audience

Our approach to this project was rooted in a simple belief: effective sustainability reporting requires both robust content and clear, accessible communication.

With this in mind, we worked on editing and refining the report’s content, starting with the full Italian version, which was subsequently translated into French. We then refined the French text to create a more engaging and accessible narrative, while ensuring consistency with the VSME Standards.

At the same time, we developed the report’s visual identity, graphic design and layout, initially for the French and Italian editions and subsequently for the other language versions. Our aim was to create a distinctive, cohesive and easy-to-navigate publication that would make the content accessible to a broad international audience.

Communication tools to extend the report’s reach

Alongside the full report, the project included a range of additional materials designed to broaden its reach and make its content more accessible to different audiences.

These included a condensed French-language version, an infographic version and the language adaptations needed for international distribution. Together, these complementary materials were designed to bring Uretek’s sustainability commitments to life both within and beyond the organisation: in the workplace, across digital channels and through opportunities for dialogue with stakeholders, customers, partners and professional communities.

Bringing together content, design and methodology

Throughout the project, content and design worked hand in hand. On the one hand, our editorial approach helped structure complex information into a clear, engaging narrative tailored to different audiences. On the other, design played a strategic role that went beyond aesthetics, guiding readers through the report, highlighting key messages and improving accessibility.

For us, this is where the project’s real value lies: turning a Sustainability Report into a powerful communication and positioning tool that gives tangible expression to Uretek’s values and commitments, while fostering transparent, lasting relationships with its stakeholders.
