Why sustainability “depends on you”
To create greater awareness on sustainability issues, GRUPPO CAP launched a listening and information campaign dedicated to the entire company population (over 900 employees), with the objective of bringing out the most relevant and shared themes within the company from the point of view of improving their environmental impact.
#dipendedate is the name of the project created by Amapola, which took care of the communication strategy and operational plan of the initiative with the following elements: preliminary engagement campaign, tour at the Group’s offices (offices and production plants) with the organization of 60 idea workshops attended by 800 company resources, collection of over 50 field interviews.
From the tour stages it was possible to collect not only a checklist of particularly interesting sustainability topics, but also a series of “video pills” (then disseminated on the Group’s social channels) to testify the commitment and participation of the employees themselves as ambassadors of the company’s sustainability projects.
