Stakeholder management
Stakeholder management is a process of relationship management and engagement of internal stakeholders (personnel) and external to the company (clients-users, partners, communities, territories, institutions).
Amapola has specialized expertise in building and enhancing stakeholder engagement and management processes, with different forms of intervention and activation tools based on the company's maturity, always aimed at creating dialogue, active participation and sharing.
What we do
One of the tools we use to work on active involvement of people and manage group dynamics is expert facilitation, through techniques and methodologies that range from the most common ones (structured focus groups, active listening) to the more complex ones (World Café, Open Space Technology, Four Tribes, etc.), up to the use of advanced and participatory project management techniques (Game Plan, Backcasting, reverse brainstorming, Smart method, etc.).
Here is our stakeholder engagement proposal:
- Surveys and questionnaires
- Focus groups
- Active workshops
- Events and open days
- Media meetings
- Training courses
- Internal communication
- Materiality processes for sustainability reporting
