Tea Group, Sustainability in evolution, the 2023 Annual Integrated Report
In 2023, Tea Group took a significant step forward in its reporting that led to the publication of the Annual Integrated Report, relating to 2023, entitled “Sustainability in evolution“. The document was handled by the internal Sustainability, Budget and Communication teams.
Tea Group is a reference point in Mantova’s local public services, operating in the energy, environment, water and end-of-life sectors. The parent holding company, Tea Spa SB, is a benefit company publicly owned by 58 Municipalities. Tea Group’s mission is based on sustainability and transparency, values that are reflected in the responsible management of water resources and other essential services, with a direct and positive impact on the community.
Confirming its commitment, the multiutility has included the consolidated non-financial statement within the Management Report of the Group’s consolidated financial statements, anticipating the requests of the latest European directive on reporting.
Amapola’s project for Tea Group
Amapola supported the Group in the graphic-visual project of the Annual Integrated Report. The document was designed to be accessible and understandable, using tables and graphics to facilitate reading. The texts relating to the Non-Financial Statement were marked by a special icon to be immediately identified by readers. The narrative style and graphic project are simple and oriented to comprehensibility, transparency, linearity. The layout gracefully interprets the brand’s visual identity, starting from the logo, declined in a new version on the cover, and continuing with the palette colors.
Amapola also handled a coordinated image work, laying out the Impact Reports of Tea S.p.a SB and AqA Srl SB, the stand-alone documents that collect ESG performance indicators, the summary version of the Sustainability Report and some communication enhancement tools, such as the smart report, video-summary and some cards for social sharing. These latter solutions decline the contents of the Integrated Report in a format designed for broad, immediate fruition, dedicated to a wide audience.

The 2025 project: The sustainable way
In 2025, Amapola’s work focused on the communication enhancement of the new Annual Integrated Report relating to the 2024 financial year, entitled The sustainable way. The objective: increase the accessibility and dissemination of the document, inside and outside the organization. Amapola handled a new version of the covers of the Annual Report and Impact Reports of Tea SB and AqA SB, updated the layout of the web page dedicated to sustainability, created an editorial summary of the Annual Report and developed video content and social cards to amplify its fruition. An integrated and multi-channel project to make the sustainability narrative more readable, close and coherent with the Group’s values of transparency and responsibility.
