Founded in 1960, Randstad is a leading talent company in human resources services. In 2024, Randstad Italia published the Integrated Report Partner for Talent, a fundamental tool for transparently communicating the results achieved and future objectives in environmental, social and governance terms. At the center, the company’s commitment to training, employability, gender equality and reducing environmental impact.
Amapola has supported Randstad Italia for the eighth consecutive year, contributing to building a document that speaks to people with clarity and effectiveness.
The Amapola project
Our team handled the narrative and visual framework of the report: from writing texts to graphic layout, in full coherence with the Group guidelines. The result is a document designed to be accessible and transparent, enriched by infographics, intuitive tables and thematic focuses.
A structured, participatory narrative that highlights Randstad’s identity and values, strengthening dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. The involvement of the management board is enhanced through manager quotes and links to video interviews.
