Beauty, culture and environment: the formula for sustainability in L’Oréal Italia
A week to raise awareness among company resources on the correct and virtuous management of waste: the global challenge of the beauty sector leader was launched for the first time in 2019 also in Italy. Amapola, partner of L’Oréal Italia for sustainability initiatives, involved the entire Milan structure with its 600 employees in a program of cultural and engagement initiatives.
The project format was created specifically for Italy: an opening roundtable dedicated to Circular Economy, with authoritative speakers together with company management, and with the contribution of Enrico Giovannini, spokesperson for ASviS, followed by a daily program of “theatrical guerrilla” that involved almost the entire company population present at the L’Oréal headquarters in Milan. The strategy behind the project put culture at the center, as an inspiring lever for dialogue, participation and stimulus for virtuous behaviors, both individual and collective.
