HULT / EF and Amapola Sustainability Bootcamp, English workshops on key sustainability themes
HULT / EF is a world-leading company in linguistic and management training. In collaboration with this organization, Amapola launched the Sustainability Bootcamps, a project for growing linguistic and sustainability skills that aims to build awareness and shared culture in companies.
The HULT / EF and Amapola Sustainability Bootcamps are English workshops on sustainability topics, dedicated to companies and professionals who intend to refine their skills in this area, while improving their language proficiency. An integrated and complementary proposal, which combines know-how and experiences from two areas that are now more central than ever for every type of company.
The structure of Sustainability Bootcamps
The combined training paths proposed by HULT / EF and Amapola are intensive (3 hours for each module), interactive and digital. Each session, introduced by a quick bilingual introduction, starts from viewing short videos on major sustainability topics, a starting point for classroom discussion guided by the teacher. The workshops include a team work session, followed by a live simulation in which participants present in English what they did in groups. There are three proposed paths: Introduction to sustainability, Let’s talk about environment and The social side of sustainability. Each path consists of three Bootcamps, each lasting three hours and also available individually.
Amapola handled the training video-pills, from design to production. The contents are synthetic, designed to transmit key sustainability concepts and oriented to discussion for the subsequent specialized English training session.
