Designing the future every day. 3i group celebrates 40 years

3i group is an entrepreneurial group that, since 1984, offers integrated services of engineering, design, fire prevention, consulting and training both in the tertiary and in the civil and industrial sector throughout the national territory, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, environment and safety. Based in Alessandria, the Group today networks over 100 people, manages 3,000 clients throughout Italy and 1,120 orders per year. In 2024, to celebrate the important milestone of 40 years, 3i group entrusted Amapola with the realization of an anniversary book that tells its story, a story of value generated and shared with the community.

Amapola’s project

History, innovation, environment and community are the narrative chapters that mark the book in telling the story of the company’s 40 years of history. Amapola flanked 3i group throughout the project, from conception to realization, from the definition and drafting of contents to the graphic-creative project, in line with the visual identity developed by the company for the anniversary. In addition to the Group’s entrepreneurial path, the book tells about the people who work in the company, the experiences and anecdotes of each department, the strategic choices oriented to the future and the many projects dedicated to the territory. It does so through a double level of reading: the chapters in which the company is told are enriched by interviews with 3i people and by the words of the Partners. A way to give voice and value to the experience of those who live the business every day, but also to highlight how sustainability and innovation in the company intertwine with the story of people and the community in which 3i operates. From a graphic-visual point of view, the editorial project carefully takes up the palette of the Group’s brand identity and gives life to an elegant and refined volume, enriched by an airy and light layout, by portraits and group photos by Paolo Bernardotti Studio, by chapter breaks that give rhythm and breath to the narration.
