Amapola has extensive experience in supporting infrastructure projects on territories with the objective of preventing and mitigating opposition and developing participatory projects with local communities.
We do this through a constant consulting process and a proprietary analysis model: the territorial socio-environmental assessment allows us to analyze various indicators and develop a risk profile for the new project, useful for defining the most appropriate dialogue and engagement strategies for each territory.
What we do
Amapola's analysis allows us to map the territory, evaluating its social and environmental status, bringing to light possible risk and opposition factors and gathering useful elements to define the dialogue and engagement strategy with local stakeholders.
The final outputs include a report that collects the results of the socio-territorial analysis, a preliminary stakeholder engagement plan, communication guidelines to make the project known, share it with local stakeholders and bring it to life in the territory.
