Ari8 releases its first voluntary Sustainability Report

Ari8 Primo Bilancio di sostenibilità

A strategic choice grounded in clarity, accountability and stakeholder trust

In a context where many SMEs still struggle to navigate non-financial reporting, Ari8 has taken a deliberate step forward by publishing its first voluntary Sustainability Report. With this decision, the company sets down in writing its commitments, data, values and outlook, driven by a mindset of continuous improvement and open dialogue.

Founded in 1998, Ari8 is a micro-enterprise with longstanding expertise in the cement industry, specialising in the design and construction of grinding plants. For the company, this report is an opportunity to reflect on its impact and to embark on a more structured path toward transparency.

Numbers that reflect a concrete commitment

The document, prepared according to the European VSME Standard – Basic option, gathers measurable data and information that make Ari8’s sustainability vision tangible.

In 2024, the company achieved key results: zero workplace injuries, 100% renewable electricity, 80% recycled materials, full waste sorting and no significant environmental impacts.

Its commitment to social responsibility is equally evident, with women representing 53% of the workforce and €12,650 invested in cultural and community initiatives in the local area.

Accessible and credible reporting

Amapola supported Ari8 in data collection and content development, ensuring methodological consistency and clear communication. The report is written in straightforward yet rigorous language to make it understandable and accessible to all stakeholders.

It has also been designed for optimal digital use, with a clean layout and an online-friendly structure. The result is a concise, proportionate and complete tool that opens a transparent dialogue with stakeholders and external audiences.

Opening the door to dialogue

The report begins with a clear invitation:
“We invite you to read it as an open call for dialogue: your feedback will be invaluable to improving our tools, content and reporting priorities.”

A strong example of how even a micro-enterprise can choose sustainability as a guiding principle — and how reporting can become a real opportunity to grow, learn and share.
