Amapola has been named one of Italy’s “Champions of Growth 2026”, the annual ranking compiled by La Repubblica Affari & Finanza in collaboration with the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF). The award highlights Italian companies that achieved the highest revenue growth between 2021 and 2024: we are among the 636 best companies, together with other 21 consultancy firms.

Growth, resilience, vision
Founded in 2009, Amapola became a Benefit Corporation in 2021. From day one, sustainability has been at the heart of our mission. Step by step, we’ve built a solid, flexible business model capable of adapting to new challenges.
In the past five years, we’ve doubled our team, tripled our revenue, and achieved key certifications, including ISO 9001 Quality, Gender Equality, and the EcoVadis Silver Medal — all milestones that reflect a phase of true consolidation and growth.
This recognition comes at a pivotal moment in our journey. In 2025, we launched our first business network, A3i, together with 3i and Efficientamento Energetico — an integrated hub bringing together expertise in sustainability, innovation, compliance, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Our ambitions are growing, along with our skills, partnerships, and service areas.
