Euromac leading company of Sustainable Factory 2022
Sustainable Factory is the event that brings together companies from the Alessandria province engaged in sustainability best practices, born from an idea by Confindustria Alessandria and Amapola with the collaboration of the University of Eastern Piedmont. The annual initiative takes shape in a shared path among territorial entrepreneurial realities, called to pool experiences of corporate sustainability and social responsibility, share projects and ideas and imagine together a new development model for the territory.
In 2022, the baton of Sustainable Factory leading company passed from Roquette Italia (here the dedicated project sheet) to Euromac, an important manufacturing reality, specialized in the development and realization of high-technology machines for cutting plastic films, paper, aluminum and other materials for food packaging. The small-medium enterprise was supported by Amapola and Confindustria Alessandria in the various comparison stages with other territorial companies, held throughout the year, and in organizing the public event, the arrival and departure point of the project, during which the leading company for the following year is nominated.
Think circular, act social
The 2022 edition of Sustainable Factory was animated by comparison moments among territorial protagonists, through panels and round tables that involved, in addition to local companies, also the school world with the presence of teachers and students. The event was held inside Euromac’s production plant, a choice made to root the sustainability theme within the industrial fabric.
Amapola supported the company throughout the entire Sustainable Factory process, from comparison stages with other companies to organizing the final event, working side by side with Confindustria Alessandria. The agency’s consultancy also focused on strategic-communication aspects, starting from the event title Think circular, act social, and on the project’s visual identity, declined in various communication materials (graphics, invitation, postcards distributed in presence and participant badges). Finally, Amapola also handled the production of a video that tells the sustainable and responsible soul of the company, with which Euromac presented itself to other companies during the Sustainable Factory event.
Sustainable Factory confirms itself as a reference point for all companies in the Alessandria territory that believe in a new development model and value creation. After being hosted for three years by large companies, this year the initiative saw a small-medium enterprise as leader, demonstrating how the ongoing change today does not only concern the most structured realities but rather involves every organization, called to rethink its processes in a personal and coherent manner.Sergio Vazzoler
