The story of a circular economy model

La Filippa is a new generation sustainable landfill located in Cairo Montenotte (SV). To illustrate the uniqueness, innovation and distinctive features of the project to the general public, Amapola conceived and produced an original documentary dedicated to the plant and the development of further projects in Piedmont (La Filippa 2.0), with reportage content and interviews with the founders conducted by RAI journalist Beppe Rovera. The first-person narration of business values and the visual power of the documentary footage made the communication of the circular economy project’s ambitious goals both simple and concrete. The documentary was presented during La Filippa’s stakeholder engagement initiatives and is part of Amapola’s strategic consulting framework for the landfill’s environmental communication. In addition to video production, the agency supports La Filippa in managing territorial relations, crisis communication and reporting activities for the 2019 Sustainability Report.
