A strategic commitment to equity

Alongside the reporting path, GRUPPO ECORAV, with Amapola’s support, developed and published a Manifesto for inclusive language, aimed at spreading respectful communication attentive to all diversities inside and outside the company.

The Manifesto is part of a broader social sustainability strategy, which is reflected in the Group’s achievement of gender equality certification. The company thus strengthens its commitment to equity themes, through internal projects for personnel and communication campaigns oriented to enhancing inclusion.

The Amapola project

The project was structured in a context assessment phase and state of the art of inclusive communication, followed by the drafting of key principles and guidelines. The Manifesto is structured in 7 points, with specific indications on corporate communication and the possibility of further exploration through QR codes.
