The new phase of sustainability reporting
The entry into force of the CSRD has made sustainability reporting more technical and structured. To respond to this transformation and keep dialogue with its stakeholders alive, Gruppo CAP, the green utility that manages the integrated water service of the Metropolitan City of Milan, has launched a project to enhance ESG content on two levels: optimization of institutional reporting documents and creation of a new digital communication space, the web magazine “Hey Planet“. Amapola supported the Group in both areas, ensuring narrative coherence, clarity, accessibility and expository quality of content.Support for reporting documents
In 2025, Amapola handled the editing and layout of the 2024 Consolidated Budget, a document that includes the Management Report and consolidated sustainability reporting. The integration of the Sustainability Statement required particular attention to clarity, regulatory terminology and consistency with ESRS standards. The activity included narrative editing of content, with a view to optimization for use by technical and non-technical stakeholders. Furthermore, Amapola handled the graphic design and layout of the document, consistent with the CAP brand book, with a sober, readable style oriented to the informational function.Hey Planet: a digital ecosystem for sustainability
In parallel, Gruppo CAP launched “Hey Planet”, a web magazine that transforms sustainability data and strategies into accessible editorial content. Designed as a dynamic content hub, the magazine hosts thematic sections, articles, interviews and multimedia insights, offering a transparent access point to the ecological transition promoted by the Group. In collaboration with the company’s internal sustainability and external relations teams, Amapola is responsible for writing all content, and handles the magazine’s editorial plan, ensuring informational quality and strategic coherence. An integrated and continuous approach
The project for Gruppo CAP integrates sustainability, institutional communication and digital tools, with the objective of strengthening the Group’s ESG positioning and building a continuous and updated channel for dialogue with stakeholders, citizens, experts and local communities. A reporting model that evolves in form, but also in relationship.
