Clean Living: Sofidel’s 2022 Integrated Report lives through communication tools

Clean Living, this is the title of the 2022 Integrated Report of Sofidel, world leader in the production of paper for hygiene and domestic use, which immediately wanted to clarify the purpose of its organization: attention to people’s daily needs, commitment to a healthier planet and a business culture based on integrity and respect. Amapola supported the company in the enhancement of the 2022 Integrated Report, through a project that integrates accessible, dynamic and multimedia communication tools and solutions.

The Amapola project for Sofidel’s 2022 Integrated Report

For Sofidel, corporate social responsibility is shared, systematized and certified company culture. Since 2010, the company has annually reported its sustainability performance together with economic data in the Integrated Report.

To further consolidate the company’s reporting path and open it to sharing with all stakeholders, the 2022 edition of the Integrated Report is enriched by an ecosystem of communication tools, capable of bringing to life the heritage of content collected within it, highlighting the company’s commitment through the Report pages and strengthening the document’s accessibility aspects at the same time. Regarding the graphic-visual project, graphics, tables, highlights and focus points punctuate the document’s narrative and facilitate data reading. The graphics, with an essential and delicate style, enhance and are in close dialogue with the illustrations by Stefano Marra.

The publication also welcomes stakeholder voices through video interviews made available through textual summaries, QR codes and publication on Sofidel channels: a way to open up to external dialogue, listen and nurture relationships. Amapola also handled two other accessibility tools: the English version and the summary of the Integrated Report, solutions designed to make the document accessible to multiple audiences.

The Amapola Smart Report

Among the digital solutions deployed, also the Smart Report, created by Amapola in collaboration with Bewe. The tool, a true website dedicated to the reporting project, is in line with the latest European legislator requests and proposes itself as a communication space to make the company’s sustainability profile and the Integrated Report content accessible. Rich and intuitive digital experience and engaging and simple narrative are the pillars that make the Smart Report an important tool for transparency and dialogue with stakeholders.
