The project for new generations who dream of a career in sustainability!
How to become a Sustainability Manager? And what are the other sustainability professions? What skills need to be developed?
Meet the CSR Leaders was born in 2021 from the collaboration between the CSR and Social Innovation Fair and Amapola with the objective of helping university students direct their educational and professional path in the field of sustainability. In 2024 the project grew to also involve the CSRnatives network.
The initiative's mechanism is simple: through thirty-minute one-to-one guidance sessions, participants can engage directly with those who face the challenges of ecological and sustainable transition in the workplace every day.
The initiative is part of our benefit activities.
