Two new team members at Amapola: welcome Giulia and Anna!

The Amapola team keeps growing, with new skills strengthening our Reporting and Sustainability Communication areas.

Amapola’s team continues to grow, and today we’re excited to welcome two new colleagues: Giulia Abbondanza and Anna Setran, joining our Sustainability Communication and Reporting teams, respectively. Two young, passionate professionals bringing fresh skills and new perspectives to help us navigate the complexity of today’s environmental and social challenges.

Fresh perspectives for complex times

Giulia Abbondanza, with an academic background in Biological and Environmental Sciences and a specialization in Green Innovation & Sustainability Management, joins the team led by Alberto Marzetta. She will be involved in communication projects, stakeholder engagement, event organization and content production. Her experience – shaped also by time spent in the Netherlands and Bolivia – blends multidisciplinary knowledge across natural and social sciences.

Anna Setran, with a degree in Literature and further studies in Environmental Economics and Human Development, joins the Reporting team led by Giulia Devani. Her career has taken her through international experiences in Spain, Kenya, the UK, and several UN agencies in Rome. At Amapola, alongside her team, she will support organizations throughout the reporting process – from data collection to content writing – with an analytical and strategic approach.

Two different but complementary profiles, united by a shared passion for sustainability and a strong motivation to contribute to high-impact projects. Their arrival marks a clear sign of our direction: continuing to invest in people, in the value of expertise, and in building a collective identity that keeps evolving.
