Amapola Cafè - invito webinar su Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Find out how to transform differences into a competitive advantage. Wednesday 2 October at noon on Zoom.

A new episode of the Amapola Café will be streamed live on Zoom, at noon on 2 October, with a webinar on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). After looking at sustainability reporting, we are returning to a very topical subject, investigating questions of growing importance in the corporate workplace, strategic levers for growth and competitiveness. The webinar will be led by Emilia Blanchetti, an Amapola Senior Account, and Micol Burighel, Head of Communication.

The role of DEI in the workplace

DEI policies are not just an ethical responsibility, they are a decisive factor for organisations that want to stand out on the market and create value. During the webinar, we shall look at how DEI strategies have a direct impact on business performance and on the ability to attract and retain talents and customers. We shall also examine the changing regulatory environment, specifically the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), designed to ensure that organisations guarantee respect for human rights and inclusion along the entire value chain. The topic is closely related to the Sustainability Development Goals of Agenda 2030, which requires a substantive commitment to fighting inequalities.

Meeting these challenges is not just a question of compliance. Many studies show that organisations with strong DEI policies report better business results and win stakeholder confidence. For example, 75% of consumers tend to choose brands that demonstrate a genuine commitment to DEI issues.

The themes of the webinar on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

The webinar will be a chance to learn about trends and regulations, and also to explore what organisations can do to integrate equity and inclusion into their strategies, and obtain real advantages. Together we will find out how listening to stakeholders and authentic communication can avoid “washing” phenomena and transform DEI into a pillar of corporate growth.

Don’t miss this opportunity!
We look forward to seeing you on Zoom on 2 October for a discussion with plenty of tips and strategies that can be put immediately into practice.
