Through a combination of genetic and environmental factors, Rossana has always had a passion for communication. She loves talking to people, creating and being part of a group, being in a crowd, especially when it’s for a specific purpose.

Given its strong appeal, she has turned communication into a profession. While studying at the University of Turin, she began working with merchandising and promotions companies and with a local free press magazine, becoming a registered member of the order of journalists in 2001. During the same period, she also worked in the culture department of the Province of Alessandria on the creation of a museum network and associated website.

She graduated in Communication Science in 2003, with a thesis on the Valenza goldsmith industry.

Her career path expanded, taking her to Milan and the PR and media relations office of the Damiani jewellery company, to Malta as the leader of EF study holidays, and to Alessandria as manager of the Temporary employment agency.

For 17 years starting in 2005, she was head of the communication office and editor of the L’aratro centenary publication for Confagricoltura Alessandria, where she also covered the fields of trade unionism, the environment, tourism, equal opportunities, training, teaching, economics and technology.

In February 2023 she brought her experience to Amapola, joining the agency as an account executive.

As an Amapoler Rossana naturally adores plants and flowers, which she nurtures on the agency’s balconies. Although she has a Fire birth sign, she is in her element in water, at the coast or in a swimming pool. Since meeting Andy and becoming mother to Gab and Kia, her life has become a tetris (which as a gen-X, she has been playing since she was a teenager).
