Amapola has been a partner of Universal Robots Italia (the Italian subsidiary of the Danish company that ranks number one on the collaborative robots market) since 2017: it manages the company’s annual communication plan and strategy to consolidate its positioning, values and business, and develops individual projects from original concept to production, which are then optimised through omnichannel solutions:
- planning and management of advertising in industry media
- social media management
- production of content for product materials, marketing tools, technical editorial projects (e-books) and the corporate blog
- Italian media relations and digital PR, in coordination with the Danish HQ
- coordination of events and tradeshows in Italy, product launches and press meetings
- organisation of presentation events for the Italian office
- production of multilingual video, reportages, interviews and showreels
The harmonisation of each initiative with the Universal Robots communication ecosystem amplifies its effectiveness, thanks to the synergies created by an integrated strategy. The results confirm the success of the partnership, with a year-on-year improvement in the company’s visibility KPIs: publications (more than 400 a year), interviews (26 in 2019), 6 tradeshows and 18 events and workshops.
Communication in the automation and manufacturing industry sector is one of Amapola’s areas of specialisation, where it uses a content approach designed to highlight the sustainability of companies active in collaborative technological solutions that use the links between human skills and machine capabilities, paving the way for “industry 5.0” (a definition coined by Universal Robots).
