The Gruppo Dimensione Ambiente and its First Sustainability Report

In 2024, the Gruppo Dimensione Ambiente reaffirmed its commitment to responsibility, transparency, and stakeholder engagement by publishing its first Sustainability Report, officially presented during Ecomondo 2024, a leading European event for ecological transition. To clearly and accessibly communicate its dedication to sustainable management, the Group chose the consultancy of Amapola.

The report, prepared in accordance with the latest GRI standards, highlights key achievements from 2023. These include managing over 1.1 million tons of waste, optimizing energy consumption to reduce CO2 emissions to 349 tons, and achieving a “zero-injury” milestone among employees over the two years analyzed. Enhanced attention to safety and training led to a 10% increase in training hours compared to the previous year, while cultural and sports initiatives strengthened the Group’s ties with the local communities where it operates.

Amapola supported the company throughout every phase of the reporting process, from data collection and analysis to drafting the document, designing its creative layout, and presenting it at Ecomondo. Prepared in line with the latest GRI standards, the report narrates environmental and social impacts and achievements in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.
