Elisa holds a degree in Communication Science from the University of Turin and is registered as a publicist on the order of journalists.

After working in journalism for some years, she moved into public and corporate communication handling press relations as a Civil Defence volunteer with the UISP Piemonte sports association. This led her to the organising committee of the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics as a communication specialist, handling messages and support for the public, athletes and journalists.

After the Olympic experience, Elisa joined DGTmedia (In Adv Group, later Italia Brand Group – Turin), and after two years became coordinator of the editorial unit, the office responsible for planning and producing corporate editorial products, as well as content management for online and offline projects. Later, she supervised production of international magazines for the customers of leading Italian companies, house organs, content for specific publications and websites.

She left the agency after ten years to work as a consultant, notably with Italo-French company TELT on institutional communication, where she was involved on environmental and sustainability communication projects and event organisation.

In 2020 she joined the communication team of Artissima, Italy’s leading international contemporary art fair, in Turin, working on the fair’s image and communication.

Elisa moved to Amapola in early 2021 as a CSR specialist, with a particular focus on content production and management.

Conflicted by a wanderlust and a desire for stability, Elisa is mother to two rebellious daughters and spends her free time with friends at exhibition openings, yoga courses, the theatre, sushi bars and pyjamas parties.
