FERPI roadshow for the 2024 Report Oscar: see you in Turin
An event on financial communication and sustainability attended by Amapola.
On 19 September 2024, starting at 10 am, the Piedmont Regional Office will host the Piedmontese stop of the national roadshow for the 60th edition of the Report Oscar, organised by the Piedmont and Aosta Valley branches of the FERPI Italian PR federation. A must for financial communication and sustainability professionals, the event will highlight good reporting practices and the new regulatory challenges facing organisations today, at a time of significant change and close attention from stakeholders. During the day, industry experts will discuss regulatory developments and the tools available for organisations to improve the quality and effectiveness of their financial and sustainability reporting. Amapola will be there too.
Report Oscar roadshow: the program in Turin
The opening speakers will be the Chair of the Piedmont Regional Authority, Alberto Cirio, the Head of the Authority’s Finance and Production Activities department, Andrea Tronzano, the President of the Turin Industrialists Union, Marco Gay, the President of FERPI, Filippo Nani, and FERPI Piedmont and Aosta Valley delegate Ezio Bertino.
A roundtable will follow entitled “Excellence in reporting and financial and sustainability communication”, at which Amapola partner Sergio Vazzoler will be one of the speakers, together with Riccardo Fava (Diasorin), Silvana Secinaro (Turin University) and Cristiana Libertini (IREN Group). Sergio will talk about how organisations can be helped to achieve transparent and engaging communication that fosters stakeholder confidence and cooperation.

The roadshow is a chance for constructive discussion of crucial questions like ESG reporting, an area where Amapola has been providing sustainability support services for organisations for many years.
The event is open to the public, but places are limited. Those wishing to attend should register by 18 September 2024. The deadline for submitting entries for the Report Oscar is 18 October.
